The world has sought long and hard regarding the secrecy of talking with God. With the scriptures available to us, is this really a secret? In fact within the Holy Bible, prophets of the Old Testament and the disciples of the New Testament have provided a model for us. Jesus graciously teaches us how to pray through "The Lord's Prayer" (Matthew 6:9-13); however, wise, young and old still seem to be challenged by this example. Studying the word of God, having a mentor, and participating daily with the Chat with God: 40 Days project and journal are significant avenues which can set a foundation to begin the challenge of prayer. Be vulnerable, pure and honest with each intention. I'm afraid there is no short cut.
